The topic of human sexual pheromones is controversial, because some in the commercial world insist that such chemicals, (or their synthetic or natural alternatives,) can significantly increase your sex appeal—but the scientific community hasn’t yet recognized definitive proof that they work. In fact, scientists aren’t even convinced that we experience pheromones at all.
While it’s suspected that many of the outstanding benefits of genetic matching are related to pheromone communication, it doesn’t really matter for the purposes of our introduction service. The sources cited on this website show evidence of the many incredible benefits of immune system DNA matching. But none of them—or any other independent, peer-reviewed, published studies—show that pheromones are the mechanism by which those benefits are triggered or translated.
At this time, the evidence concerning human sexual pheromones is all circumstantial.
As long as you’re matched with the right person, and you’ve got chemistry, then it doesn't matter if it's via your sense of smell or some (possibly other) chemical sensing system. The fact is, chemistry--and its effects--is real. The specific communication process, though, has yet to be definitively proven.
